SECURITY AND USER CONTROL
Keep BGT_API_KEY exclusively in a server secret/environment variable. Never ask me to paste it into this prompt, a chat or browser code. Create only placeholder .env.example values. Never commit secrets or log keys, private photos or full request bodies.
Add application authentication, authorization, input limits and rate limiting to your server integration. A project key spends the project owner's wallet: do not expose an unauthenticated proxy that lets other people consume it. Keep projects/users and cached private results isolated. Do not access Firebase directly or route private photos through the public catalog service.
Use the minimum required scopes. Follow sandbox/live availability per operation. Do not run paid requests, purchase products, accept terms or deploy without the owner's explicit authorization. This prompt does not supply authorization for those actions.

IMPLEMENTATION AND ACCEPTANCE
Inspect the existing project first, then explain a short plan and implement the smallest complete flow. Use typed request/response adapters based on the actual contract. Do not replace existing authentication or UI patterns unnecessarily.
Include loading, cancellation of local polling, retry, empty/error and success states; navigating away must not silently create or cancel a server evaluation. Keep stable request IDs for recovery and respect documented retry semantics, HTTP 429 and Retry-After with bounded backoff.
Add meaningful tests for authorization, duplicate submissions, network recovery and failure handling relevant to the chosen capability. Use mocks for CI; never consume production tokens in automated tests by default.
Document setup, server-only environment variables, required scopes, sandbox limitations and a manual smoke test. Report exactly what was tested and what still requires credentials, account setup or approval. Do not claim deployment or successful live grading unless verified.
