BGT Components Integration License

1. Scope

This license covers the BGT-owned code in the published BGT Card Viewer 1.0.0, BGT Card Cutout 1.0.0 and 1.1.0, BGT Card Fusion 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 and BGT Card Viewer WordPress integration 1.0.0 and 1.0.1, including BGT code bundled into those releases and their integration examples (the Components). It does not license the rest of the BGT repository, app, backend, databases, artwork or brands. Third-party software and model weights are governed by their own licenses, not by the restrictions on BGT-owned code below.

2. Free integration, including commercial use

You may use the Components without a BGT license fee in personal and commercial websites and applications, including client projects. You may load the published files from BGT, keep backup copies, self-host them, and deliver runtime copies to your users as part of that integration. You may adapt the integration examples and WordPress wrapper to connect your application. You may bundle or minify the published runtime for that purpose while retaining these terms and all applicable notices. Your own application does not have to be open source. No visible BGT advertising or attribution badge is required.

3. Reserved rights and notices

The BGT-owned Components remain proprietary. Keep a copy of this license and the relevant copyright, license and attribution notices with copies you host or deliver; a notices file accompanying your application is sufficient. Other than the integration permissions above or rights required by applicable law, this license does not grant permission to modify the BGT-owned engine, sell or redistribute it as a standalone library, relicense it, or claim it as your own. Contact BGT for additional permissions. These restrictions do not limit rights independently granted by third-party licenses.

4. Hosted services and payment

Local viewing and local browser cutout and local flash fusion do not consume BGT grading tokens and require no paid BGT plan. This license does not include hosted grading, hosted media processing, market data, a subscription, a wallet balance, technical support entitlement or an availability commitment for the BGT CDN or API. Hosted services remain subject to their separate API terms, permissions, quotas and prices. A completed BGT grading consumes one G token under those service terms. Buying tokens or a subscription does not transfer ownership of the Components.

5. Photos, output and branding

You retain whatever rights you have in your input and output images; BGT claims no ownership of an image merely because you process or display it with the Components. You must have permission to use and publish the content. This license grants no rights to card artwork, third-party marks, private reports or another person's photos. Public BGT share links remain subject to their owner's sharing permissions and revocation. Do not misrepresent a BGT estimate as an official certification, or imply endorsement by BGT or a third-party grading company. BGT names may be used truthfully to identify the integration, without suggesting sponsorship.

6. Third-party components

The cutout distribution includes HQ-SAM and SAM materials under Apache-2.0, TinyViT materials under their accompanying license, ONNX Runtime under MIT, and jpeg-js under BSD-3-Clause. The fusion distribution includes OpenCV.js under Apache-2.0. Preserve the supplied notices and full license texts when self-hosting or redistributing those materials. Their respective copyright holders retain their rights; their licenses control if they conflict with this license. The BGT license does not replace, restrict or revoke those grants.

7. Warranty and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Components are provided as is, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or non-infringement. Inspect cutouts and preserve originals. The BGT copyright holders are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use to the extent such exclusion is lawful. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights or rights under a third-party license.

8. Versions and contact

These permissions apply to the versions named above while you comply with these terms. Later pricing or license changes do not retroactively add a license fee to those versions. New versions may have different terms. If you stop complying, stop using or distributing the BGT-owned Components until the breach is remedied or permission is obtained; independent third-party rights are unaffected. Third-party licenses

The local cutout includes these materials. Their original permissions and notices remain in force. Keep these files with any self-hosted copy.

Attribution and BGT modifications

The WordPress integration is a direct download from BGT. It has not been submitted to the WordPress.org plugin directory.
